I don't know what's wrong with me. Things are so depressing at work. So far this week, I have not been drinking my water at work like I usually do (1 1/2L), I and havne't really been eating much. I ate one peacvh, one necterine and 4 little cookies and had maybe one glass of water at work yesterday. I had half of my sandwich driving home. When I got home I finished off half a bag of chips, had a few more cookies, low fat cream cheese on a tortilla shell warmed up. And then for dinner I had one taco. At night my hubby brought to bed a bag of munchie mix, and i had a few sunchips. I know I need to eat more at work, because when I get home I am hungry and want to eat whatever I can find. But I am just not hungry at work. I don't know what to do. Havne't really been doing my walks on a regular basis. We have gone out once a week for the past 3 weeks only doing 8-9km each time.

Lucretia, you know our bodies need food and water for fuel. If we dont eat, we feel lethargic and restless. Even if you only eat something small at work, it's going to give you energy and make you burn more calories. I too dont *like* to eat right now because I am so scared to eat the wrong things and just fall right off the wagon onto my big A$$. I need to make myself eat breakfast, or I too am starving by lunchtime and the only things that look appetizing are things I know I cant have. Everything in moderation (except water LOL) is the key. Your body will be more efficient and therefore you will lose more weight if you eat on a regular basis and drink lots of water. Never go more than 6 waking hours without something substantial to eat. Remember I am always on MSN if you need anything. Take care,

Well it's 10:30am and I have nothing bu half a glass of water in my body. I am going to have a piece of fruit after I type this.

Well things are getting better. I think perhaps it was just the hot weather or something. Although, because it has been so hot I haven't been wanting to make dinner, and we have had KFC and some chinese food in the last couple of weeks. I guess that isn't too bad. We don't normally have take out (or eat in for that matter ) So I am still too scared to weigh myself. Although we don't have a scale that works either, right?

I read this on another site it says to keep track of hunger on a scale of 1 to 10 , 1 being starving and 10 being stuffed , should keep between 4-6 on scale.

Chin up, stomach in and smile ;D You will get past this, but you will need to balance your food intake through out you day and carry that mug of nice cold water with you all day and keep filling it up. You know how girl so lets get cracking We just need to keep pumping each other up. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
