hi, my name is erin, i am getting a major in dance, all dancing.. i have a problem, i am 5'5 and 158lbs. i work out alot and try to eat healthy, but the weight doesnt seem to go away, i am getting depressed over it and it makes me want to quit dancing sometimes, seeing all the skinny dancers who think they are fat, then i look at myself and it makes me sick, but i have always been slightly over weight and now its worse then ever, i am 21 and i havent danced since i was 14, (well, in a class) i need help, if there are any dancers who know any tricks, please help me, i have been anorexic before when i was 17 , but i recovered and gained it all back, please help! love erin

I would recomend seeing a dietician to be honest. Odds are when you were sick you caused your metabolism to slow to a halt and you need to be careful so you don't fall back into unhealthy habits. Just my two cents (I was suffered from bulimia in my teens)

I have been to a dietician many times and she was a great help for my hubby and me.
