Hi everyone I’m starting this exercise and food plan on Monday and I was wondering if it is any good? Please respond
8:30-10:00 Jogging / brisk walking (outside) 10:15 Breakfast – A whole weed pita with sliced ham and cucumber and a glass of skim milk 13:00 Lunch – Different every day but always something low-fat like a chicken salad 15:00 Some exercises I found on the internet: *Lifting some weights (4 pounds) *Leg exercises *Tubing exercises (it’s like a big rubber band) *Ab exercises 18:00 Dinner – Mom makes me dinner and she used to be in the weight watchers so she never makes anything “unhealthy”
Is my exercise and food plan any good? If any of you guys have any tips or ideas please let me know.

How many calories are you aiming for a day? Go to small and your going to put your body into starvation mode and everything will be put straight to fat. That meal plan sounds awfully low. Here is how many calories you should be aiming for to maintain a weight: Goal Weight/Recomended daily intake of calories 220/ 2,300 210/ 2,200 200/ 2,100 190/ 2,000 180/ 1,900 170/ 1,800 160/ 1,700 150/ 1,500 140/ 1,400 130/ 1,300 120/ 1,200
Now are you active before starting that plan? It sounds like way too much to start with and doesn't sound like you are planning on taking a day off with the weights/legs/tubing/ab exercises. Do that every day and you are going to be working against yourself and could cause injury.
