I live in southern California and would love to be able to wear skimpy summer clothing like the other southern CA gals do. Well, not too skimpy!
I have had long periods in my life when I was not overweight but I weigh 207 lbs now and that is the most I have ever weighed. I feel like if I had some support, losing this weight might be more likely. I like the suggestion of drinking lots of water. I know this is a healthy thing to do and I am going to start it immediately.
