I lost a quarter of a pound this week. I was suprised to hear it because I had a horrible week! Went a couple of days where I wasn't doing very well but I just used the excuse "I will do better tomorow". Then came the day when I found out that Aaron overspent so we had to credit card a meal which ment pizza (which I behaved on but it *was* still pizza) and then we had the offer to go to Aarons dads place for dinner. Normally I don't have to worry about going there but they decided that pizza (and the most fattening pizza on the menu to boot) was the perfect choice. I was given a guilt trip when I decided to only eat one peice which then went into aarons step mom going off in a huff because I said no to dessert. Those people *know* I am trying to loose weight so I really don't see why that woman needs to get all fussy if I don't eat very much and/or refuse dessert.
Also got to deal with a call from the landlords about me "bouncing around my living room at all hours". Seems the guy downstairs (a guy we don't get along with) decided that he is not to hear *anything* from our apartment what so ever. All I am doing is a basic tae bo tape where I am not bouncing whatsoever!

A loss is always better than a gain Keep your chin up and stay positive that next week will be better Sorry to hear about your neighbor problems....ours are in the basement and they blast their music 24/7...and the landlords dont care...most days noone can sleep (Baby cant nap, hubby cant sleep during the day when hes on nightshift! ) Keep up the great work

Like everyone has already said, a loss no matter how small is better then a gain! You can do it!
I'm really sorry to hear about how Aaron's step mom can't respect the fact that you are trying to lose weight. I hope things get better with your downstairs neighbour as well. *hugs*

Well at last nights meeting I weighed in with a gain of 2lbs. I would love to say that it was the fact that I was wearing soaking wet clothes (the sky opened up about half way through my 5 minute walk to the meeting and drops the size of my thumb came down *hard*) but I know it was because I didn't do my journaling (or behave when it came to eating).

Guy downstairs is still a jerk. Wrote a letter and had my sister take a look at it and will be giving it to the landlords when I pay my rent where we put it in writing to take care of this guy. Couple of times this week he has done his banging on his ceiling when we were asleep. Cooler weather here this week so I haven't had a problem doing my aerobics so hopefully I will be able to report a loss for next week

Just got back from my TOPS meeting and the report is that I gained.
I was in a bit of an anti-social mood before the meeting and the whole weigh in and meeting just made it worse. I think its time to do my aerobics tape and then watch a movie.
