I was having trouble drinking my water , so I went and bought 4 - 1L bottles of bottled water. I keep them 1/2 full on the freezer door. When I get up I grab one and fill it the rest of the way up, when I finish it I fill it 1/2 way again and put back in the freezer, but not on the door. At the end of the day whatever bottles are not on the door I managed to drink. I'm finding that not only am I drinking at least 2L/day now but it's always cold and it's ready to go, so I actually remember to take it with me when I go out. What do you do to remember your water?

For me I don't really have trouble drinking my water. I own a water cooler so usually when my glass get's empty next time I get up to go to the bathroom I take my glass. I have to walk right by it anyway so why not fill it up and drink it.

I must say that I do not like the taste of water. So I have been putting a few drops of lemon juice in my bottle. Makes my water taste so much better!

My mom has a water cooler too and whenever I'm at her house I drink lots of water. It's just when I'm at home that I forget.

We have a water cooler too, but there is too much crap in front of the stand we have in on, to get to it easily! But I must say this water thing is getting easier for me!

I have no problems when it comes to water. It is what I prefer to drink. To make things easier though, I always have a couple water bottles on the go, and I make sure I bring one with me whenever I go out.

I used to hate the taste of water. I would drink juice, milk or tea, but not water. When I decided to get serious about losing weight I stopped buying juice and a week later my dr told me that my cholesterol had gone up(it's not high just went up a little-a warning)so I have been cutting back on the dairy too. Now I like the taste of water. I don't know why I didn't like it? Probably because it wasn't good for me.
Now the only time I buy juice is for Sunday dinners. Because we only drink juice once a week, we buy a pure juice not a sugary kind and we are still spending less on juice than we were before. The kids are even drinking water with no complaints now.

I have a DOZEN (a little excessive dontcha think ) 1 L water bottles....I keep them half full in the freezer, then fill them up with water, and I usually have 2 on the go as my little one tends to steal one. But I would say I drink enough water since it's always cold and available

I've been putting my bottles in the freezer as well. So when I am at work, they stay cold all day long. Cold water tastes so much better then warm! And no offence to anyone in Ontario, BC water is so much better! My family went to Onatario to visit my hubby's family. I cracked open a bottle of water, that is bottle in Ontario and I couldn't drink it. My MIL thought I was nuts and that the water was so good. I should mail her a bottle of our water! LOL. The other day we bought a bottle from walmart and I started drinking it and I was like this must be Ontario water, and sure enough it was bottle in my hubby home town in Ontario. So weird how water in different areas can taste different.
