-Bottom line is that I feel like a large couch potatoe. I don't want to do nothing.

-I'm really disappointed. I know I can look better, feel better,
Be healthy
"Are you confident, energentic, and strong?"
-No.
"Do you often wonder if you're on the right path?"
-No. I know I'm not. I am getting there.
"What are the pros and cons of continuing in the direction you're going?"
Pros: Eat what I want when I want.
Cons: Health, lack of energy, etc.
"Would you like to create a better future?"
-Absolutely!
"What are the five most important, specific accomplishments you need to make within the next 12 months for you to be pleased with the progress of your body & life?" (Bill Phillips says "weeks", not "months". I chose months)
1. Continue my low carb way of eating.
2. Wear a size 10.
3. More energy.
4. Loose 20 lbs or loose 10lbs, and gain 10lbs of muscle
5. Get exercise 3 times a week or more.
"Now, take the... things you come up with and turn them into powerful, specific statements."
1. I will continue to eat low carb for the next 12 weeks.
2. I will work out and loose those inches required.
3. I will have more energy.
4. I will go to the gym
5. I will go to the gym.
"Which three patterns of action might prevent you from reaching your goals?"
1. Sitting at the puter all day/night.
2. Slipping when it comes to eating.
3. Not working out.
"Which three new patterns do you need to establish to reach your goals?"
1. Get more sleep.
2. Work out every morning.
3. Eat right
