WORDS TO LOSE BY
Fitness is cumulative -- little bits can add up to a lot. Going to the mall? Park at the end of the lot. Inside, before you do a lick of shopping, walk from one end of the mall to the other.
And when you're ready to hit the next level, don't use the escalator, take the stairs. A workout -- for free!
