Does anyone use a treadmill here? my uncle wants to get rid of his and i was wondering if it was worth getting it off him. I don't know how much he plans on charging me either...

I wish I had a treadmill at home! When I go to the gym I spend 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill....would be easier to do at home I think

tredmills are great for cardio just remember to vary the routine or your body will get used to only one way and it will stall. I like to walk at a normal pace for like 3 minutes then walk fast for another 2 minutes back and forth like that it keeps the body guessing. TEXTTEXT
