"stir fried" vegetables with 1 tbsp olive oil, then I add a few artichoke hearts to it. This is soo yummy to me.

yeah when i get hungry i go for the carrot sticks. usually only a couple will tide me over til dinner.

I freeze low-fat yoghurt in small plastic containers and eat one when I get the munchies! I also drink a lot of ice water

my new snack food is cucumber slices with vinegar. I cut them up like potato chips add some salt and pepper.
