Hi everyone,
I am trying to read all of the posts in here. Its going to take a while I think but I will do it.
I started a diet today, The Beverly Hills Diet. Some have told me its not that good but as far as I am concerned what one is? I have read the book on it and it don't seem that bad. So all I can do is hope it works for me.
I have about 40 pounds to lose. I did it 4 years ago but gained most of it back but my life is more active now so I plan on keeping it off.
Good luck to all thats in the same spot as I. Its not an easy road but together we can do it!!

Like you said what diet isn't good for you.. They even say the atkin's diet isn't good either..

I read about a study that found that almost all diets don't work (see: Ways to get and stay skinny.) They looked at 31 studies of diets and found that in the long term they don't work.
