I am currently 177 pounds started at 185 . I am only 5 feet tall so way over weight. I have been at this only 2 weeks so still doing ok . My goal weight is 115 , I was only 103 until reached about 23 then started gaining. Diabetes runs very high in my family and had gestational when pregnant with both cuties. So glad I was referred to this site it seems to be sooooo supportive.

Way to go on your loss already! What *plan* are you doing? (Atkins, TOPS, WW ect) We are almost the same weight, though we have different goals. Keep up the great work and you will reach your goal in no time

I am not really following an exact plan but have cut out the carbs and drinking my water . I have also stopped eating junkfood and fastfood(was a addict to both...lol). It seems to be working now if I can only get off my butt and do some excerising.... i try to swim a couple times a week...so hard to do with kids and shift work.

Well I gained a pound this week . I wasn't really doing well on weekend had pizza and wings, plus a few other things. Its Monday again so back to the diet.... ;D. 176 today hopefully next week will do better.

I think my scale is broke .... gives me about 4 different totals everytime i step on it ...... .I think I am about 174. I know I am losing again cause my clothes are feeling not so tight.
