well i started this diet last on july 28th. i was 190 pounds. this is my first weigh in. i am happy to say i have lost 3 pounds this week. to taht drops me to 190-3=187 pounds

i have lost 2 pounds this week 187-2=185 pounds in two weeks i have lost 5 pounds if i keep this up i will be the weight i want to be in no time

I'm so proud of you Chrissi!! I need to step on a scale and see where I am at. I am just too scared. I havent' been doing much. I know I need to stop making excuses and just do it!! Keep it up!!

mostly eating right. plus my normal daily things which includes running after a very hyper 3 yr old. but i try to walk for a hour or so everynight. or go to the park with my son and act like a kid. it seems to be working!

well that is amazing! I am eating right, maybe not as active as I could be, but wow, the pounds sure are dropping off you!! Good job!!
