Okey doke.........
Right now I am..... *runs to bathroom to weigh myself*
Ok... exactly 140 lbs, which is what I have been the last few months... Before I got pregnant I was 100 lbs which is what I wanna be again. Oh, & of course, my height has ALOT to do with this, lol, so you guys dont think I am sick in the head or anything being 6 feet tall & weighing 100 lbs, hehe. Nope, i am barely 5 feet (even though my passport says 5'2 since i was on my toes that day, LOL

That sounds like a good goal. Have you been drinking your water?! Remember, that's important. Although I am not one to talk, I need to still work on drinking!

Ummm.. im not good at that no........ I add lemon & sugar to it, im not fond of the "no taste"-thingy..... i have been a pop-junkie for the last 2 years & just "quit" last week. (used to drink about 4 liters or more per day) But i'll try to drink more. Ill really, really try!! Thx LL

Yeah I add some lemon juice as well. The dietician said that I could add a tea bag to give it more flavour because tea has no calories and such. Depending on the flvour of tea, the water tastes much better!

You can do it!! Drink, drink drink that water , I too am a pop freak but am trying to reach for the water instead, because I know how much better it is for me and it really helps shed those pounds.
