I am 5'5 and weigh 170 and I want to go down to 130-140. I HATE water, but if I want to lose any of this weigh, then I will have to drink it. I will have to give up my Pepsi and that will be really hard for me to do. But today I passed by the Pepsi to drink water so its a start.

Well, I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either. On the other hand, I have went down one size and have been pepsi free for about 2 weeks now |
