I don't have a scale either. I weigh in at the doctors office every week. Not only do they not mind but I walk there(it's only 4 blocks) so I get a walk at the same time.

Hey!!! I don't have a scale either! Are my pants too tight? Then I am too fat!!!! ahahaha About 7 years ago, I went from 185 to 142, eating low fat, lifting weights, etc. I found that I was obsessing way too much about the numbers. I never owned a scale again. Now I am heavier, but still don't want a scale. I weigh myself if I am at the doctor's. They always have Klenex for the tears!!!
