I gained 2.5lbs since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago. We just have to get back on track! Have you been doing anything different lately? Like I haven't been doing my walks and we have been eating out a little more often then we should because I have been so busy trying to do pickles and other canning this last week.
We can do it!!

Okay a new week, TIME TO TURN THINGS AROUND WE WILL DRINK ENOUGH WATER TO FLOAT A BOAT , WE WILL WRIGHT DOWN EVERYTHING WE PUT IN OUR MOUTH, WE WILL PUT HEALTHIER THINGS IN OUR MOUTH AND IN SMALLER QUANTITIES, WE WILL DO SOME KIND OF EXCERSISE EVERY DAY (even if its just for 10 minuts) WE WILL GET OUR WEIGHTS IN EVERY WEEK ON THE SAME DAY, SO FOR US ITS MONDAYS FROM NOW ON. This is as much for me as you dear, so lets turns this all around and get cracking on our healthier happier us.
