Ok I havn'et posted here in a while, things have been nuts at home... my son is teething and is getting high fevers, just freaking me out a little. Had to take Tuesday, and Wednesday off, because the daycare wanted me to pick him up. Anwayys, so Tuesday, I stepped on the scale at the doctor's office and I was down to 181.5lbs. who knows I could be less (hopefully) right now!

well i stepped on our wacky scale this morning and i think i am roughly 178lbs. but as i said in another post, i am going to get a real scale to see. the reason why i never bothered getting a new one is because before i was like addicted, every time i went into the bathroom i would weigh myself!! i am going to try really hard to only do it a few times a week... lol!

Hope your son feels better soon lucretia. Emily is teething right now also, thankfully she isn't getting fevers or anything. Just cranky.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that when you get a scale it tells you good news.

You can do it......!!!!!
I'm scale addicted as well, but I only weight my self in the mornings.
Put the scale in a place you don't hang out at.
Like the closet, or storage room, that way, YOu have to think about it, inn order to go jump on it.

well I found a good scale, but it was $50. and I think I will wait on it, or maybe I can find one I like that is cheaper elsewhere. We went to Linen n Things and I find that they are pretty expensive.

Well tomorrow we are going to the dietician. So I will have myself weighed there and will report back tomorrow. I believe that I am down to 175lbs. But I don't want to get too excited until I see what the doctor scale says.

well I am still at 178lbs. Rather disappointed with myself. I only lost 5 lbs in the 6 weeks since I saw the dietician last But as I posted in my journal, I should be proud of myself, I can fit in a size 12 now, I havne't been eating as much because I get full faster, and I feel a lot healthier. I just have to work on my exercise. You know, when I get home I am going to be all pumped and do all this exercise and then probably for the next week, but then I will just start to slack off.... Man I wish I wasn't at work so that I could go for a walk, or do my workout videos or do something, rather then just sitting on this chair at the computer!!

Well Canadian Tire had their scales on sale, and I picked one up for $33.53, saved $22.36! We tried it out at the store to see if we felt it was accurate. At the store I weighed 174.5lbs. We got home a few hours ago and I wanted to try it out again and it said I weighed 176lbs. So Sunday mornings will be my actual weigh in. So I will see what it says tomorrow. At least I now know that I have lost some weight since my last official weigh in!
