I havne't actually stepped on the scale but I believe I weigh 190lbs. I am 5'7". 3 years ago, before I got married and had my baby, I was 150lbs. So that is my goal.

so I stepped on our scale last night (now our scale, don't ask me why or how is out by like 30 lbs), so it said I was 155, so that would make it about 185. Now for the past week and a half I have had tonsilitis and not really been able to eat too much. I don't think losing that much in a week is all that healthy, but I know it was because I was sick. Tomorrow my husband and I have an apmt with the Dietician so I will see exactly what I weigh on a doctor's scale.

So today was my apmt with the dietician and I am down to 184lbs! I have lost 7lbs since I was last there, which was slightly less then 2 months ago. When I started seeing the dietician (January of this year) I was 198lbs. So in 5 months I have lost 14lbs, doesn't sound like a lot but I am feeling much healthier! ;D

Yesterday I went to the doctor's office and weighed myself, and I lost 1lb. So now I weigh 183!

I guess it's that time to weigh myself again but our scale sucks. Totally off. I know it is off by about 30 lbs. But I don't want to step on it just in case I see something I don't want to, even though I know it is out and there is no point on stepping on it! I guess we should buy a new scale. Anyone know any good cheap scales out there that work? Which are the best, digital? dial?

not sure myself, I had lots of trouble finding one that worked then found a old free one at a garage sale and it works great even at my weight.

I used to have a scale but the kids were always moving it around and fiddling with the dial, until it broke. I figure if I buy another one it will probably get broken again, so know I just weigh in at the doctors office. I talked to the receptionist and she told me to come in every week, that she didn't mind. I figure the doctors scale is more accurate than one I would have at home, and every time I see the receptionist she asks me how things are going, and every person I have to answer to helps.
