Started May-11-310  Weigh in this morning 300 that makes 10 pounds for May I am still getting benifits of Grandchildrens visit, because now it is the time for cleaning everything, washin bedding, remaking beds, get ready for next visiters. Praise God for all this excercize I am getting. Plus I Pray that I stay on the road to drinking all the water I need to keep this boat a float   Pooh doing happy dance |

First weigh in July and Pooh is doing the happy dance  I am now at 294, down 6 more total of 16 since we started this new board in May. I am below 300, wow can't believe it. That really made my day. |

August isn't starting out so good. Still not moving on the scale but I WILL GET MY BUTT MOVING AND I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!!! That is the key because this butt hasn't been moving so now we get the water flowing and my legs and moving and I will get to the end of this road. |

 I am sorry to say that I am now at 298, so up 4   but it could have been worse, because I have not been drinking water, not walking just plain not doing any of the things I know darn well I need to do  . BUT THIS IS 5 DAYS WITHOUT SMOKES!!!  Plus I went to church and prayed for God to help with the smoking and eating and I know with his daily help I WILL DRINK MY WATER, WALK AND GET THIS DONE!!!

August 30th weigh in still 198, I'm not drinking my water, I'm not writing anything down, I'm not excersizing, GEE AND I SAY I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!! What a joke, so it is a new week and it is time to turn this around. |
