[glow=red,2,300]Ok all.. I was thinking about it and I am going to suggest again that we try to get some daily checkins going on. Something is happening and either my puter is all messed up, or I don't see any peoples doing much checking in around here. Last time I suggested this most people said they were posting just in general, but it is TOOOO quiet around here. We need to get moving again after this holiday.
So how about checking in with me throughout the day. You can do whatever you are comfortable with, checking in at meals, morning-noon-evening, once a day; whatever you want. But lets get in here and get accountable for and to each other.
Anyone a go?[/glow]

Ok it's Wednesday and I was good today. Drank most of my water, only had 17 carbs so far (allowed 20). On my way to the gym right now and I'm sure I will drink at least 1 L of there. I'm going for an hour cuz they close in an hour LOL. Hope you all had a great loosing day

Soory I getting a late start all. Just got home. Not doing so hot myself today. I am not feeling well and using that as an excuset o have a free for all.
I know this is not a good way to start out the checkin and accountability, but I KNOW I will pull it together soon.

Okay yesterday and so far today on my eating but still not drinking enough water. .(a friend showed me a themocup that holds 7 cups..she puts ice in it in the morning and still has ice in the afternoon/early evening..so I think I'm going to get one..she got it at Wal-mart..I don't know the price) and it's way to warm right now to exercise. I know that's a stupid excuse..but I live in eastern NC and I don't own AC. on these very hot and humid days and nights fans don't always cut it. I'll try and do better tomorrow with the water and even exercise some. Everyone havea great evening.. ;D

sounds like you are doing great to me... exercise is something I have not been able to get into my program at all yet.. I really hope to soon though.
Today was a pretty bad day for me. Worst one yet this week and that is pretty bad. Glad this week is over, I hope it takes this sicky junk with it. I gotta get rid of this excuse to be eating (like I need any excuses) ;0

;DHeey Gale, just hang in there girl..things always get better after awhile.. Find something to busy your hands so you won't be so likely to eat when you shouldn't or want to avoid eating.If you feel you have to eat drink a cup of water first to help fill your stomach. I'm doing well..I cleared most of the juck food out of the house..keeping busy so I won't eat .while moving around I don't think of eating... I Still have to talk myself into exercising..I really hate to sweat..but I've made a commitment to exercise 10 minutes a day for the next week. As for the water..I'll get to it. It's really my drink of choice, but I just don't drink enough of it. Everyone have a great and active weekend and kick those fat cells. ((((hugs))))

Hey everyone, how did you do today!!? I drank a little over 2L of water today and working on the 3rd L. Went for dinner with the inlaws, had a naked steak (LOL You should have seen the waiters face when I asked for a naked steak..I meant with no sauces). Also had a salad, which I'm beginning to detest, but I WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND I CANT DO IT IF I EAT BAD FOODS. I'm hooked on the Carb Options BBQ sauce, wish I would have had it with me when I was out! Hope you all had a great day.
