I guess I'm the first one just watching what I eat and exercising. I am nursing right now so I can't try a lot of the plans out there. But with this site I will lose weight.

Hey girl eating healthy is what it is all about. So watching what you eat will get you where you want to be. If we all were to not let unhealthy things into these chops and to eat in moderation, we would be going for the gold and that is what I am going for now. So you just keep it up and we will get there together.

I've just been watching what I eat too. Trying to eat healthier and have less fats. My main thing is pop. Am TOTALLY addicted to coke (classic that is - you know the drink LOL). I was drinking 6 cans a day . I've stopped that (at least drastically cut down to maybe one every other day - unless I'm stressed out or having a really bad day) Water is really togh for me - I have to do better with it...

I guess I have it pretty easy when it comes to creating a healthier lifestyle. I have never smoked, so I didn't have to quit. I have an allergic reaction to anything that is carbonated so I don't drink anything alcoholic or any kind of pop. My biggest problem is potato chips and occassionally chocolate, and they only become a problem when I'm under stress. As long as I keep busy and don't shop when I'm hungry or stessed I can and will lose weight.

I got really stressed, and was hungary, and this combination is a bad one for me.
I went into the drug store and bought a Energy bar.
And that seemed to work for me till I got home, and could eat more better.
So perhaps buy a few bars and pack them in your purse when you go out, for that "JUST IN CASE" moment.
If you on low carb look for Advantage or Endulge. If you on Low Calories there's bars for those, and some for low fat, and bars for those gaining muscle.

It's nice that I still need to take a diaper bag with me whenever I go out. Everytime I leave the house I have put a couple pieces of fruit and a bottle of water in the bag. So far I have been behaving myself. Even when the kids get onion rings and donuts I haven't even had a little bite.
