Hang in there Deb. Don't let it get you down. Also remember all the silly things our body does before you set up the home giliteen. Remember your monthly cycle and that waste and lots of other things can show several pounds of variance in the scale. Just so you know how drastic that can be I got a crash course this week. I am on a liquid diet so I KNOW there is nothing I could have done to change my scale, but I showed a gain of 2 lbs all this week and was about to through my hands up to EVERYTHING. Then just last night it went down by about 3 lbs. So that is a 5 lb fluctuation that was NOTHING but my body throwing a temper tantrum of some sort. So just dont beat yourself up to much over this ONE weigh-in. In might have some to do with what you ate or could SOLELY be your body at that particular time. Only you truly know, but if you feel you tried, then do NOT believe what the scale said this time!!!!!!!!!!! Of course if it STAYS that way, you might reconsider... LOL.. but one weigh-in can be bigtime off ;-) Just don't want you beating yourself up unless it is truly warrented.. ROFLOL.. I know that feeling all to well and dont want ya to do it. Okay girl you have been busy while I was away. I think we all know that the only way to get this off is from now till forever, we will have to keep track of our intake, and learn CONTROL CONTROL CONTROL, which as we all know is not easy but together we will do this Glad to see you are back on the road girl, now lets kick butt.

Thanks gals for the support this pass week I do appreciate it.. POOH BEAR I'm so glad your back..I did so miss you...yes together we will keep track and learn to CONTROL CONTROL CONTROL Weight in tonight a loss of 3/4 lbs..which is better than no loss at all. I will try and do much better this weeks... Deb

Okay what do we have to do here!!! I am in the same boat and getting so darn mad at my own stupidity, but keep doing it. It's like a drug adict, and yet I critisize them, but I am no better. I say I want to loose weight but actions are not proving this. So no more crap Deb we DO PLAN TO LOOSE WEIGHT, and we want this allot more then any food, nothing taste that good as the feeling of being healthy and thiner will fill. Now what do we do to keep us on track?? write it on our forehand, no we can't see that except in front of mirror and that is to late, how about a string around our finger a certain color, so everytime we reach for food we think, I don't know for sure what we will do, but you think too, and we will both do it together. We also will hold each other accountable each day, no nice guy, I want some tuff love here girl, KICK MY BUTT, when I have a bad eating day.

I'm in the same boat........ I've been slipping lots lately.
What comes to mind is that quit smoking commercial, with all those mouse traps, every time she or he reached for a cigarette, their fingers got caught in the trap.
Thats what I need right now.
I feel like i'm trying to FAIL.... Or am I just getting too brave?
not sure....something to think about.

Hang in there girl! We all feel this way some times. I've been so scared to even step on a scale. I come home from work hungry and some times go a little over board. We need to get rid of all the junk food in our house!
