Well even though Ive had to change my goal to a more reasonable 150 lbs (135 is unsafe for my body type says DR), I still made my challenge loss weight!! I am now 180lbs, a loss of 10 lbs  C'mon everyone its the 4th, weigh in! |

I forgot to weigh in this morning.
So I'll have to in the morning..... It's sorta morning right now, but I haven't went to sleep yet.
I 'm scared to weigh in
I've been a little cheating and i'm hovering between 169 and 172.
Time will tell

Ok, I have been away for a bit and having to catch up on old posts,, so here goes the challenge...  Way to go everyone on the challenge. Looks like everyone went the right direction. But OH MY GOSH Cherbear!!! You GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was some awesome accomplishment.. YeeeHa I am at 208, so I didnt make my goal, but I am still very happy with where I am right now. I made some slip ups along the road, so it is ok as far as I am concerned. So, whats our next challenge?? |

 Gale not everyone went the right way...I didn't..I swear I am so weak...food is an addiction for me..thank the LORD it's the only addiction I have...but it's still bab enough..I am so large that my life is in jeapordy  ..I'm sorry girls I let you all down and let myself down.. Try again I guess..I won't give up....I can't

My goal was to lose 5 lbs and I lost 10 so I feel like a winner.
Labor day sounds great to me, I will go for 10lbs this time, and hopefully I'll have to change that because I will lose more too.
We can do this guys. Let's all be big losers.
