In another 5lbs, I'll have 1/2 of my weight lost. I'm soooo pumped. Jeans are either falling off me and need a belt (my fat jeans....Is what i call them) or my newest sized jeans are getting looser.

Yikes.............. Up 3lbs. .... Currently weigh 172. I did make it to the goal of 169 for one whole day.But then blew it. I left home for 4 days traveling to the city, stayed at a relatives, didn't bring my food, didn't prepare of plan enough for this trip. So I did eat carbs I hoped all the mall walking for hours on end would of helped, but not a chance. I've been back now for 2 days, and have lost 1 pound. I'm hoping to get back to the 169 by July 4th. crossing fingers. Other great news ............. I know wear a size 12. I went to the gap, tried on a 14 ( baggy) and I tried on 3 pair, and tried on a size 12 no stretch dress pants, and they fit, a little snug, but wearable in my eyes. Anyhow one of my cousins gave me 3 pairs of size 12.... she had from before her weight loss ( she's a tiny thing and just lost all her baby weight) and they were OLD NAVY size 12 with stretch... fit perfectly. Went to costco and I bought a pair of Urban no stretch size 12 jeans, and those fit nice as well. so since May 6th I went from a size 18/16 down to a size 14/12. Yahoo......... And Or size 38 to 36 down to a 34. My hubby went from a 44 or 42 down to a 38 to a 36 depending on style.

PHEW finally broke my barrier...........
I'm between 167 to 169 depending if I have a small forbidden food etc. Glad not be hovering in the 170's anymore.
NOW TO GET THE SCALE to move to 165..... then 159..........
So if my start weight was 190 and I'm now at a low weight 167. That is LOST 23 pounds to 21 pounds in 10 weeks.

That is soooo great!!! I weighed myself this morning and I was 171.5, so soon I'll be in the 60's too!! ;D ;D ;D. With all that running around you've been doing, you're sure to lose even more very soon. Wow, you've lost 23 Lbs in 10 weeks!! I'm not a big loser like you, I've been "dieting" since May 31, and I'm only down 3 Lbs. What is your secret?
