you got it!!!!! this is exactly what I need!! Lets see, July 4th,, that gives me almost 2 months. Hmmmm, lets say at least 35 pounds!!!! So how is this challenge going to work.. Do we just sit on our thumbs until July or do we post where we are throughout the time?? Thank you for being so far EXACTLY what I need. I actually feel like I can make it through this day already!!!

If you would like post where you are during this challenge. It might help some of you to see the weight loss. Check out www.fitday.com Glad why not bring your goal for July 4th down just a little bit. I don't want to sound like I am lecturing you but that would be over 5 pound's a week. And I am worried that you are not doing it healthly. But if you think you can do it. Go for IT!

Thanks Cherbear,, Iknow it sounds pretty high, but I am doing a special liquid program. So if I don't make that then it is ONLY because I have fallen off the wagon Thanks for the concern though ;D

Hey Everyone, if we all do our weigh in's that will keep us up on how each of us are doing. But this will only work if we are honest when we have a bad weight in as well as the good. I'm afraid I am one who likes to forget to weigh when I know I have been bad, but not this time, this sight is going to keep me true and honest.
